Study of structural behavior due to static loads in bend stiffeners

• Multilinear material model applied to polyurethane part at the bend stiffener;
• SAE and ASTM standards materials used for steel parts;
• Non-linear (Frictionless) contact to represent interaction between the core and bend stiffener;
• Bolt pre-tension taken into account for flange connections;
• To assess whether or not the bolts resist the stresses resulting from the applied loading.
